1. How can I leave a product review?

3. Where is the product shipped from?

We ship from the EU, with additional domestic shipping options for the US and UK. For pricing and shipping terms for these regions, please reach out to your account manager.

4. What are the delivery terms?

Shipping options depend on the destination, with available couriers including: Post, EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, GLS, DPD. Shipping costs are determined by the courier services, and we do not impose any additional fees.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Bitcoin as the primary payment method. Note: For security reasons, we recommend using Bitcoin. Bank transfers and credit card payments will soon be discontinued due to security concerns for both parties.

6. What should I do if my order is damaged, lost, or seized?

Europe:

Damaged: Please provide clear pictures of the package and products. We will resend at no cost.

Lost: If the order is not delivered within 45 days, send us the tracking number, and we will resend the order free of charge.

Seized: If the order is seized, we will resend it for free.

Rest of the World:

Damaged: If half of the value of the goods has been paid, we will resend the full value.

Lost: If 50% of the value has been paid, we will resend the full value.

We do not reship to: Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Saudi Arabia, African countries, South American countries, Israel, UAE.

Seized Orders:

Provide a 120 dpi image of the envelope and letter from Customs or FDA, with the recipient’s name visible. If 50% of the value has been paid, we will resend the order.

Note:

We only reship once. All costs related to damaged, lost, or seized orders will be shared equally between us and you.
